Marimba Manufacturing
Yotinhira 579 standard ensamble Marimba set with half dozen (Pair Soprano, Pair Tenor, 1 baritone and 1 bass) pieces.
Each instrument covers 2 Octaves, Making a cummulative 6 octaves (C to C6).
Only the finest Mukwa (Pterocarpus angolensis) is used in the construction which guarantees full and carrying ground tones even in the low range.
The Yotinhira 579 Marimba set allows very dynamic play with exceptional balance in every position.
It features a reinforced frame and a unique adjustable and foldable height system, perfect for the younger percussionist.
The frames have been exquisitely crafted of natural-finish wood and strong, but lightweight, metal.
They can be dismantled, folded and reassembled easily and quickly, making transport from place to place very easy.
Perfect, consistent Intonation.
Buzzer system for resonance and amplified, authentic sound quality.
High-quality thermoplastic Polyvinyl Chloride and fibreglass resonators.
Perfect resonator synchronization without adjustment.
Pluggable clips to stabilize resonator beam rows and for easy dismantling and transportation.
Marimba Repairs
We offer full service, on-site repair and customization for marimba and mbira.
Yotinhira repair services include dent removal, re-tunning, re-vamping (new keys, buzzers and resonators), structural repair, readjustments, replacing broken parts, and more.
We also offer general instrument maintenance and water damage repair.

Band Coaching
We offer engaging private and group lessons for marimba, mbira, and percussion for all age-groups.
All of our instructors are vibrant and experienced degreed graduates of the Zimbabwe college of music and are knowledgable in both the theoratical and performance as well as the education aspects of music.
Each of our teachers is involved in on-going training, and further certifications in the method books they teach from.

Mbira Manufacturing
We manufacture 15, 19, 21, 24 and 32 metal rounded key mbiras with built in quarter inch audio pickup and phono jack provides excellent premium sound amplification.
Allowing sound output through various effect boxes or simply plugging into your favorite amp for studio or live performance.
Hand made to perfection from a block of Mukwa hardwood that is carefully selected for particularly great tone to it with decent sustain.
Tuned by Yotinhira to key F with bright sound.

Mbira Tunning
With over 15 years of experience in tuning marimba and mbira to concert pitch, restorations and maintenance of mbira ranging from homely ngunganyunga, nhare, njari to Nyamaropa (seventh scale degree flatted), Mixolydian mode, Mavembe (Gandanga), Nemakonde, Dambatsoko, Katsanzaira, Saungweme and other custom tunnings. to concert grands and complex pianolas.These include uprights , grand pianos and Player Pianos.We insure the highest quality parts are sourced internationally. This will ensure you instrument is maintains its build integrity We have the necessary skills to repair and maintain unique mbira specifications as well as refurbishment, regulation and evaluations
